Happy New Year's Day!
I already did something very stupid so I hope that I am exempt from doing anything else stupid for the rest of the year.
I enjoyed a very good dinner with my friend Karen (Mary Donnelly's).
She is a very good cook and it was a pleasure to go to her house and eat her good food! Thank you Karen for all that you are always doing for me ... you are a very good friend!
It's getting late and this 1HappyChef is going to turn in for the day.
